We are excited to share that our website is live and updated! With several new developments, we can hardly wait to let you in on what’s happening. Our new Tripadvisor listing has already received a lot of positive reviews from guests who enjoyed their time with us. Our guests are connecting with us in more meaningful ways, paving the path for an exciting season ahead.
The interior of our boat is nearing completion, showcasing stunning refurbishments. One of the highlights is a luxurious new countertop made from Giani Bombay granite epoxy kit! Thanks to Captain for choosing this one. This update has sparked my creativity, as I prepare to create delicious dishes in my newly revamped galley.
Anchored in beautiful Cartagena, Colombia, our anticipation is building as we yet again prepare to set sail for the breathtaking San Blas islands in Panama. With the start of the lobster season 1 of June, we look forward to offering you fresh lobster caught directly from the reefs – a culinary experience that we can't wait to share!
The New Look of Our Floating Kitchen
The renovations which we started last year in Grenada have breathed new life into the boat's interior, creating a fresh and welcoming environment. I am particularly thrilled about the new countertop, which looks amazing. Black granite with bronze spots! I am already dreaming up new recipes, and I'm going to update the Full Quest Breakfast to toast with poached eggs, breakfast muffins and fruit compote. I really feel I'm taking my culinary skills to new heights!

Lobster Season: A Culinary Adventure Awaits
We soon say goodbye to my popular Jamaican Run Down – a favorite among our guests – and welcomes lobster season! As we sail towards San Blas, we look forward to the thrill of serving this fresh seafood dish.
Fresh lobster will go directly from the sea to your plate, promising an unparalleled seafood experience. The taste of the sea of just-caught lobster combined with coconut rice and a mango salad is unbeatable.

Exploring Cartagena: A Jewel of Colombia
Before we head to San Blas, we are living and enjoying Cartagena. It is known for stunning colonial architecture, lively streets, and a rich history, making it a magical destination for all visitors.
Strolling through the ancient city walls, you can try delicious local street foods, like arepas and empanadas, that fill the air with wonderful aromas. We often go for long walks in Getsemani and the Old town, stop for a beer at a lush café near PLaza de la Trinidad. For me, Cartagena exceptionally beautiful and colourful.

Setting Sail to San Blas
The weather looks calm ahead of our journey from Cartagena to San Blas. During the crossings between San Blas and Cartagena we have, when the weather conditions are good to perfect, spotted both sperm whales, fin whales and pilot whales. Hopefully we will see whales this time! Both Captain and I have experience in whale spotting! We have attended a marine guide program, so we are happy to guide our guests on the different species.
San Blas is well-known for its incredible scenery, a true island paradise, and relaxed lifestyle, making it the perfect spot for those seeking peace or adventure. We are eager to drop anchor among these beautiful islands to dive into vibrant marine life and explore new culinary wonders with fresh lobster taking center stage.
